Return policy

If u received a product that is defective, incorrect items or missing parts, please return it to Golden Phone Trading and we will arrange for a replacement.

All items must be received by Golden Phone Trading in order for a customer to be eligible for a return or replacement. You shall ensure that the product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.

You may return the product within one week/ (7) days from receive date. Return and replacement item must be in its UN-USED, UN-DAMAGED, UNSEALED, ORIGINAL TAG/STAMP, ORIGINAL PACKING.

For LCD and touchscreen

For other spare parts

·         Physical damage

·         Flex cable/ connector/ ribbon is broken

·         Traces of glue marks

·         Warranty sticker has been peel out

We won’t bear any shipping cost if:

·         You order wrong item

·         You want to exchange for another item

·         The item appeared to have been damaged from an attempted installation

Do let Golden Phone Trading know as soon as possible once you found out the item has a problem. It is a MUST to send back the item to us to carry out comprehensive investigate. Customer are required to return the item via standard courier procedure, we do not honor any walk-in returns.  

We will not offer any form of refund, only exchange in item and postage will be bear by customer. Item purchased on sales/ promotional code are not acceptable for return and exchange. Golden Phone Trading will not be responsible if your shipment lost during the transit.
